The goal is simple: you should be happy with what you bought. Talk to us first and we will figure it out.

Returns

Unopened products with the safety seal intact can be returned within 30 days with your receipt or order confirmation for a refund or exchange. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be restocked; if something is wrong with an opened product, call us and we will make it right case by case.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged, or we packed the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, no shipping cost to you.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
